a+b infra SL was formed in 2001 by Johan Winters, a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect / Urban Planner in Marbella (Malaga – Andalucia / Spain), with an office in Dubai.

Johan Winters has an intensive 27 years experience in the Gulf region. He is responsible for many major design, management and planning projects throughout the Middle East (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha - Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates. Projects include new (horse / camel) Race Courses, Airports, private Royal Facilities, botanical gardens, golf courses, rural properties and the urban design of central city areas in Doha (Qatar).

a+b infra operate throughout the Middle East, including Central and Southern Europe and is happy to undertake design work for individual and private residences. We are particularly interested in the design involvement in sustainable landscape that addresses the environmental sensitivities and reinforces the established character of a locality. We prefer to work with architects and engineers that share this concern and interest

a+b infra are also involved with projects that attempt to reach a level of sustainability and sensibility essential in this age of global warming and other threats to man and to wildlife.
