a+b infra SL was formed in 2001 by Johan Winters, a qualified and experienced Landscape Architect / Urban Planner in Marbella (Malaga – Andalucia / Spain), with an office in Doha (State of Qatar).

Johan Winters has an intensive 29 years professional experience in the Gulf region as a Landscape Architect / Designer. He has been responsible for many major design, management and planning projects throughout the Middle East (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Doha - Qatar, and the United Arab Emirates). Projects include new (Horse / Camel) Race Courses, Airports, private Royal Facilities, botanical gardens, golf courses, rural properties and more recently, the urban design of central city areas in Doha (Qatar), the New Doha International Airport (NDIA- CP67) landscape construction, design of Rawdat Al Khail (Muntaza) Park, extension of the Mangroves within Doha's New Port extension, etc.

a+b infra operate throughout the Middle East, including Central and Southern Europe and is happy to undertake design work for individual and private residences. We are particularly interested in design involvement in sustainable landscape projects that address the environmental sensitivities and reinforce the established character of a locality : a+b infra prefer to work with architects and engineers that share this concern and interest

a+b infra are also involved with projects that attempt to reach a level of sustainability and sensibility essential in this age of global warming and other threats to mankind and wildlife in general.
